A BRIEF OVERVIEW
Mearns Music is a group of labels set up by myself, Guy Mearns. I'll be writing this website in first person, as it justs feels odd writing in third person as many producer/dj sites are these days, plus a little personal touch helps keep things interesting.
The labels will basically serve as an outlet for my productions, ranging from trance, dnb, dubstep, hard dance, house, electro and tech house. I'm forever experiementing with different sounds and genres, so this group is giving me a way to release tracks consistantly and with all the freedom to experiment as much as i want.
You should be familiar with my trance and hard dance guises (Guy Mearns & Guyver respectively) however i doubt anyone will have heard of my other stuff, unless you're following me on soundcloud (shameless promotion link here). Here is a brief run down of the labels/aliases and what to expect from them:
Tanjii - Guy Mearns (trance, progressive, driving, uplifting)
Pupp33 - Gr33ndog (electro, house, progressive, funky, dirty)
Angry Muse - Raugen SYM (dnb, dubstep, breaks)
GVR - Guyver (hard dance, hard trance, psy trance)
40hz - Antonio Menez (tech house, techno)
I will still be releasing on other labels if the right opportunity arises as you can't beat the exposure that a big label offers, but i'm hoping this project grows enough so the importance of that last statement fades.
So....enjoy the music, tell you're friends, leave some feedback on soundcloud if you feel the urge and i will reply most of the time when i catch the comments.
